Club Rules

Guest Guests must be accompanied at all times by a member.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests – as they enter/leave the Club – for informing their guests of the Club Rules, including the dress code, and are liable for any property damages by their guests.

Dress Code The requested dress code for all members is business casual. The club reserves the right not to admit Members or guests wearing ostentatious, offensive or inappropriate clothes.

Conduct Members and their guests shall always conduct themselves in a responsible way and shall avoid doing anything which will or may likely upset or give offence to the others. The Club Committee or the Manager may exclude a Member or guest from the Club for inappropriate or unbecoming conduct, including disorderly conduct. No Member or guest may use any Club stationery or use any other communication bearing the name or identity of the Club for business purposes, publication or release to the news media. Food or beverage may not be brought into the Club for consumption.

Pets No pets are allowed within the Club.

Right of Publicity Any membership in the Club or renewal of membership shall be deemed to be a transfer, free of charge, of the right of the Member in his image, as received by the Club at its premises or at any other place where meetings or events are held by the Club or for the Club.
This acceptance is a determining condition for the acceptance of the membership of the Club or its renewal.
Member’s image will be used in the Club’s private circle – on the Club’s website and social network.
This authorisation shall apply for the duration of membership in the Club and beyond, for the duration of the Club’s existence.

Partner’s Clubs Each Members has 10 access per year to the facilities and events of the We Are club, located in Paris, and Club 29 located in Marseille. Please reach out to the Lyinc Manager in order to organize your visit in our partner’s clubs.

Room Reservations The rules applicable to the renting of meeting rooms are defined by the Board. Our various rooms give Members a wide range of options. Reservations are mandatory for all Members. Please call the clubhouse for bookings.

Electronic Devices In consideration of Members and guests, the use of electronic devices in the bar is discouraged. Please ensure all electronic devices are muted at all times.

Children Children are allowed on certain occasions in the Club with proper attire, constant adult supervision and parents’ presence at the premises.

Access to the Club In consideration of the neighbours, we ask that all Members access and leave the Club quietly. Members should not gather outside the premises and Place de la Bourse at night.

Smocking Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the Club.

Billing Every bill must be settled upon departing the Club.

Opening Hours The Club will be open five days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm – Monday to Thursday – and from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Friday – except Public Holidays. Before 9:00am and after 5:00pm, we accept Members upon reservation.
